Booking your first therapy session


Booking that first appointment can be super daunting.


Maybe you procrastinate. Maybe you see some posts and think to yourself, “One day I will make this appointment”.


Maybe there is a lot of imposter stuff going on - you feel like you don’t deserve to take care of yourself, or someone needs it more.




Whatever your reasons are - I am not here to sell you on therapy. I am here to say - That is fine, take your time.


And also know that booking and showing up to that first appointment can be daunting - and it is therapy in itself.

The somatic organization it takes to get to that point, already kick starts the internal healing process.
